# Get started on FortunX

## Add FortunX Extension to Chrome

1. Visit <https://fortunx.com/>
2. Click on the "Get the extension" button. You will be directed to the Chrome Web Store.
3. Click "Add to Chrome".
4. On the pop-up, click “Add extension”.

## Create Account

1. Click on the extension icon 🧩 and pin the FortunX extension for easy access.

2. Click on the FortunX icon and hit "Sign up".

3. Choose a signup option and follow the instructions. Currently, you can sign up with:

* Email + password
* Google
* Facebook
* Discord
* WalletConnect

4. Once you have signed up, open the extension.&#x20;

## Shop and Earn Crypto

Please note that the $FNX token is not live yet. Until then, you will receive $FNX tokens at a fixed rate of $0.01. All collected tokens will be converted on a 1:1 basis at the token launch.

1. Open the extension and select a partner brand by clicking on it.&#x20;

2. Click on the "Shop & Get Crypto" button which will direct you to the merchant's website and then you can shop as you usually do.&#x20;

3. Once you have been directed to the merchant's website, just close the pop-up if it says "Cryptoback activated".&#x20;
4. After you make a purchase, your crypto rewards will be added to your balance automatically.

## Withdraw balance

This function will be available once the official launch takes place in early 2024.

Currently, withdrawals are not available until the official launch, but all the collected tokens will be converted 1:1 at the token launch. After the token launch, you can claim them to your preferred wallet and be able to trade them.
